Her passion for health led her to move to the USA to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West. Dr. Nikki’s journey in Chiropractic started in 2011 when she was involved in a boating accident that left her concussed, suffering from headaches and little sleep for months. Feeling very frustrated, Dr. Nikki finally decided to give chiropractic a chance. After experiencing chiropractic care, Dr. Nikki felt a significant improvement in health and function. Interested in learning more, Dr. Nikki changed degree routes, where her studies focused on Neuroscience at the University of Alberta. She eventually pursued her Doctorate in Chiropractic, and after graduation opened up a practice in San Clemente, California. She lived and worked in Southern California for over a year before deciding to move back to the Great North. Dr. Nikki could not imagine her life without chiropractic and knows that she would not be who she is today without it. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Hanson is an advocate for helping people reach their full potential through holistic health. Dr. Hanson enjoys time with his wife, Brynn, as well as a wide array of activities including hockey, skiing, surfing, biking, weightlifting, and golfing. He is passionate about providing proactive healthcare through chiropractic, by integrating spinal health, movement, nutrition, mindset, and minimizing toxins, into his patients’ everyday life. As opposed to the traditional model of treating a symptom, Dr. Hanson focuses on the body as a whole by exploring the factors that influence and contribute to health.
